Norm’s IGA is open 7 days a week: Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Hours are the same year-round.

Norm’s IGA (Norm’s Hometown Grocery) is at 345 Alden Road, Kearny, Arizona 85137. Call us at (520) 363-5595. There’s a free parking lot and free street parking.

We’re Kearny’s hometown grocery store, and we also serve shoppers from Hayden, Winkelman, Dudleyville, Mammoth, San Manuel and Superior in the Copper Basin.

Norm and Myra Warren own and operate Norm’s IGA. Norm started working at this store in 1974, when it was Gordon’s IGA, and the Warrens bought it from founder Gordon Reay in 2015.

Thanksgiving Day: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Christmas Eve: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Christmas Day: closed. New Year’s Day: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re open regular hours on other holidays.

Yes. Norm’s IGA accepts EBT, SNAP and WIC.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, EBT, SNAP, WIC, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other contactless mobile wallets. There’s also an ATM in the store.

Yes. Seniors get 10% off purchases over $10 on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month.

Yes. Active-duty and retired military get 10% off on the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month.

Yes. Our Mexican-style chorizo is made in-house from Myra’s family recipe, and it’s what we’re best known for. Customers drive from miles away to buy it.

Yes. Our butchers cut and package meat in the store every day. We also carry marinated and seasoned beef and chicken, ready to cook.

Yes. Ask at the meat counter for special cuts or slicing, and our butchers will prepare it for you.

Our deli, café and bakery are open daily from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The rest of the store stays open until 8:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 7:00 PM on Sunday.

Yes. Every morning our deli makes fresh breakfast burritos, sausage and egg biscuits and other breakfast items, plus pastries and donuts from our bakery.

Our deli lunch menu changes daily, with several made-fresh items to choose from. Eat in our seating area or take it to go.

Wednesday. Every week, our Thailand-born Chef Ay cooks an authentic Thai menu in our deli. It’s one of the most popular days of the week.

Yes. We have indoor seating near the deli, including accessible seating, so you can eat in or take your meal to go.

Yes. Our bakery and deli make a wide variety of party trays that you can choose from and customize for birthdays, meetings, funerals and other events.

Yes. Our cake decorator makes custom cakes to order for birthdays, weddings, graduations and other celebrations. Call or stop by the bakery to place an order.

Yes. We carry locally made, authentic-style flour and corn tortillas, Mexican sweet breads and pastries, and bulk dried chiles, beans and spices.

Yes. We carry a variety of gluten-free, non-GMO, organic and natural foods, plus international brands like Italian pastas and sauces.

Yes. Our floral department has ready-to-buy flowers and arrangements, and we can put together a custom arrangement with advance notice.

Yes. Our parking lot has the only fuel station in Kearny.

Yes. We offer Blue Rhino propane tank exchange. We also carry firewood and camping supplies.

Yes. If we don’t carry something you need, ask a team member and we’ll try to special order it for you.

Not at this time. Norm’s IGA is in-store shopping only.

Yes. We sell Arizona Lottery tickets and a large selection of gift cards and prepaid phone cards.

Yes. We have a wheelchair-accessible entrance, accessible parking, an accessible restroom, accessible café seating and an electric shopping cart for customers who need one.

Yes. We have separate men’s and women’s single-occupancy restrooms for shoppers, including a wheelchair-accessible restroom.

Our team speaks English, Spanish and Thai.

Only service animals are allowed inside Norm’s IGA.
