• Time limit: items may be returned within 3 days of purchase.
• Receipt required for all returns.
• Where to return: bring your item and receipt to the Customer Service Counter.
• Produce and meat: not satisfied with your produce or meat? You can return it.
• Refunds: your original payment method determines how your refund is issued.

ACE Hardware Return Policy

• No returns without a sales receipt.
• No returns after 30 days.
• No returns on power tools, tinted paint or custom cuts.
• No returns on outdoor power equipment.
• No returns on non-stocked special orders.
